Nutley Educational Foundation 9th Annual Backpack Program
NEF in partnership with Nutley Family Service Bureau will again run our "We've Got Your Back" initiative.
Thanks to the generosity of 2024 donors, we currently have approximately 39 backpacks ready for distribution to qualifying NFSB students. Since 2017 NEF has provided over 480 new, quality backpacks with supplies plus gift cards to NFSB student clients. We are calling out to all donors to help strengthen our reach for 2025. Our goal for 2025 is $4,000.
Please consider sending a monetary gift to Nutley Educational Foundation (NEF), P.O. Box 735, Nutley, NJ 07110 or donating on line at www.nutleyef.org so we may purchase additional backpacks and specific supplies for each grade level. $60 will contribute toward one student.
Deadline for donations is August 31, 2025.
Formed in 2003, NEF is a 501(c) (3), not for profit organization established
solely to provide funding to support educational endeavors in the Township
of Nutley.
Since a reorganization in 2015, NEF has supported more than $150,000 in
educational projects benefiting the Nutley school district and community.
